Join me for a monthly 1-hour deeply restorative Group Healing Session where we come together as a collective to receive powerful energy healing, guided meditation, and chakra balancing—all tailored to the unique energy and needs of the group.

Each session is designed around a specific theme or intention, supported by a beautifully crafted crystal grid to amplify healing and alignment. No two sessions are alike; each gathering is intuitively curated to offer the deepest support for your journey.

What to Expect in This 60-Minute Healing Session:

Grounding & Intention Setting – We begin with a gentle guided meditation (10-12 minutes) to center your energy and connect you with the group’s collective intention.

Energy Healing & Chakra Balancing – As you rest in stillness, I will send focused Reiki and Quantum energy healing to each participant, helping to clear blockages, restore balance, and realign your energy system. A crystal grid will amplify the group’s healing experience.

Meditation & Integration – We flow into a silent meditation, allowing the energy to settle and integrate. During this time, I will continue to hold space and send healing energy to support your highest good.

Reflection & Sharing – To close the session, you’ll have the opportunity to journal, share your experiences, or ask any questions in a supportive, heart-centered space.
