💜 From My Heart to Yours
One of the most important things I’ve learned about intuition is that developing it also requires developing trust in yourself. The more we learn to recognize how our own intuition speaks to us, the more we begin to understand the role of discernment—learning to distinguish genuine intuitive guidance from fear, worry, or the old stories our minds can so easily return to. And somewhere within that process, I believe there is faith too: faith in the Divine guidance we receive, even when we aren't given the entire picture or know exactly where it will lead.
The more I've learned how my intuition communicates with me, the easier it has become to recognize the difference between genuine intuitive guidance and the thoughts that come from fear, worry, or one of my own old stories and patterns. They feel very different to me now, but learning that difference has taken time, awareness, and a willingness to keep listening.
Trust has been such an important part of that process. If we're constantly second-guessing what we receive or consciously choosing to dismiss our intuitive hits, it can become increasingly difficult to distinguish between what we're genuinely sensing and what our mind is creating from fear or familiar patterns. Part of developing our intuition is learning to recognize how it speaks to us and then building trust in that relationship through our own experience.
And intuition doesn't usually arrive as some huge epiphany. In my experience, it's often much subtler than that—a quiet knowing, a feeling, a gentle nudge, or something that simply continues returning to my awareness. Because it can be so soft, it's also incredibly easy to dismiss. I think that's part of the lesson: learning to remain aware, present, and open enough to receive while still maintaining our discernment.
For me, this isn't so much about waiting for the mind to catch up with intuition. It's about allowing what I sometimes call the monkey mind to pause long enough for something deeper to come through. When I'm caught in overthinking, analyzing, worrying, or trying to figure everything out at once, there's very little space to hear anything else. When I become still, ground myself, and allow some of that mental chatter to settle, I create more room for intuitive and Divine guidance to flow.
Even then, we aren't usually given the entire picture or a clear set of step-by-step instructions. I've found that we're often given enough to help us see or sense what needs our attention, but our own self-effort is still part of the process. We have to work with what we receive, use our discernment, make choices, and determine the next steps for ourselves. There is a beautiful relationship there between Divine guidance and our own participation. Intuition can guide us, but we still have to choose how we respond.
The more I've deepened my relationship with my intuition, the more I've learned to respect those quieter messages without requiring myself to immediately understand where they're leading. I can notice what I'm feeling, become curious about it, and give myself enough space to listen before deciding what it means.
I also think there are times when we already know something we're not quite ready to acknowledge. Maybe we know a boundary needs to change. We recognize that a pattern keeps repeating, that something we've been trying very hard to make work is asking for a different approach, or that we've simply outgrown something that once felt right for us. Sometimes what we're being asked to release isn't something obviously negative. It may be a role, relationship dynamic, expectation, dream, or version of ourselves that once held genuine meaning.
That can make letting go complicated. We can appreciate what something has given us and still recognize that our relationship with it has changed. We can feel gratitude and sadness at the same time, and we can know we're ready for something different while still feeling uncertain about what comes next.
I've come to believe that honoring those mixed emotions is part of trusting ourselves too. We don't have to rush through them or turn every realization into an immediate decision. Sometimes we need time to sit with what has surfaced, allow ourselves to feel it, and listen for what becomes clearer when we stop trying so hard to find the answer.
This feels especially meaningful to me as we move toward this Full Moon in Pisces. Pisces invites us into that quieter inner space where intuition, emotion, compassion, and spiritual connection can speak a little more freely. Full Moons also have a way of bringing things into our awareness—sometimes confirming something we've sensed for a while and sometimes helping us see something from a perspective we hadn't considered before.
As you move through this Full Moon, I invite you to pay attention to what you already know beneath all the thinking. Notice what feels different, what keeps returning to your awareness, where you feel relief when you imagine letting something go, and where your heart seems to soften when you consider trusting yourself.
You don't need to have everything figured out. Perhaps for now, it's enough to acknowledge what is becoming clearer and give yourself permission to listen. There may be something within you that has been quietly speaking for quite some time, and this Full Moon may simply be creating enough light for you to finally hear it.
🌿 Understanding This Full Moon
Every Full Moon brings us to a point of illumination within the lunar cycle. What began quietly beneath the darkness of the New Moon has had time to grow, evolve, and reveal more of itself. Full Moons invite us to pause and notice what has become clearer, acknowledge what we've learned, and consider what we may be ready to release as the cycle begins to turn inward once again.
This month's Full Moon takes place in Pisces, a deeply intuitive and sensitive water sign associated with compassion, imagination, spirituality, emotional awareness, and our connection to what we sense beyond the logical mind.
Pisces invites us to soften some of our need to analyze everything and make room for the quieter ways we receive information. A feeling we can't quite explain, a recurring thought, a dream that stays with us, an intuitive nudge, or a sense that something has shifted can all become meaningful places to pay attention.
For empaths and highly sensitive people, this energy may feel especially familiar. When we're naturally attuned to subtle shifts in energy and emotion, we can often sense something long before we have language for it. The challenge can be discerning what belongs to us, what we've absorbed from others, and what our own inner wisdom may genuinely be trying to bring to our attention.
This is one reason grounding remains so important, even during deeply intuitive or spiritual periods. The more connected we are to ourselves and our own energy, the easier it can become to listen without feeling pulled in every direction by everything we're sensing.
This Full Moon is also accompanied by a Partial Lunar Eclipse, adding another layer to its themes of awareness, culmination, and release.
Lunar Eclipses occur during a Full Moon when the Earth moves between the Sun and Moon, causing Earth's shadow to fall across the lunar surface. Symbolically, eclipse periods are often associated with transition, changing perspectives, and the surfacing of something that may have previously been difficult to see clearly.
That doesn't mean something dramatic needs to happen. Sometimes the revelation is quiet. We recognize that an old story no longer carries the same weight, understand why a particular situation has been affecting us so deeply, finally acknowledge an emotion we've been trying to move past too quickly, or realize that we're ready to stop carrying something we've held onto simply because it has been part of our lives for a long time.
Coming only two weeks after the New Moon in Leo and Total Solar Eclipse, this Full Moon also brings us to the other side of a powerful lunar cycle.
The New Moon invited us to reconnect with our authentic light, plant intentions that reflect who we're becoming, and remain open to new possibilities. This Full Moon asks us to pause within that movement and notice what has been revealed along the way.
Perhaps stepping more fully into who you are has made an old expectation feel more obvious. Maybe trusting yourself has helped you recognize where you've been giving your power away. An opportunity you were once unsure about may feel clearer now, or you may be realizing that something you've been holding onto no longer belongs in the life you're creating.
This is where release can become an important part of growth.
Release doesn't have to mean making an abrupt change or forcing yourself to let go before you're ready. Sometimes release begins with acknowledgment. We recognize what is no longer aligned, allow ourselves to feel whatever comes with that realization, and begin loosening our attachment to what we've outgrown.
Pisces brings compassion to that process. It reminds us that we can release without judging ourselves for having held on. We can honor what something meant to us while recognizing that its place in our lives may be changing. We can trust an ending, transition, or shift without needing to know exactly what will fill the space it leaves behind.
As you move through this Full Moon and Partial Lunar Eclipse, allow yourself to notice what is becoming clearer without pressuring yourself to immediately act on everything you discover. Pay attention to your emotions, intuition, dreams, recurring thoughts, and the places where you feel either expansion or resistance.
There may be something asking to be felt before it can be released, something asking to be acknowledged before it can change, or something your intuition has been quietly showing you that you're finally ready to trust.
The New Moon earlier this month invited you to step more fully into your authentic light. Perhaps this Full Moon offers another part of that journey: trusting that light enough to recognize what you no longer need to carry with you.
✨ Reflection Questions
Take your time with these questions. There is no need to answer them all at once. Trust whichever question calls to you first.
What has become clearer to me since the beginning of this lunar cycle?
What emotion, truth, or inner knowing have I been sensing but haven't fully acknowledged?
Where might I be holding onto something because it is familiar, even though it no longer feels aligned with who I am becoming?
What am I beginning to understand about myself that I wasn't able to see as clearly before?
Where am I being invited to trust my intuition more deeply instead of searching outside of myself for certainty?
What am I carrying that may no longer be mine to hold?
What would I like to meet with greater compassion rather than judgment as I allow myself to release or move forward?
🌙 A Healing Haven Lunar Ritual
This ritual is an invitation, not a requirement. Adapt it in whatever way feels most supportive for you.
Prepare Your Space
Choose a quiet place where you can spend some uninterrupted time with yourself.
If it feels meaningful, gather a few items that help you connect with this Full Moon's energy, such as:
A candle
Your journal and pen
A favorite crystal
A cup of herbal tea
Your favorite oracle deck
A small bowl of water to represent the emotional and intuitive energy of Pisces
Arrange your space in whatever way feels calming and supportive to you. Then settle into a comfortable position and take several slow, steady breaths, allowing yourself time to arrive fully in the moment.
There is nowhere else you need to be right now. Give yourself permission to simply notice what is present without immediately trying to understand, change, or release it.
Create a Moment of Presence
Close your eyes and place one hand over your heart and the other gently over your lower abdomen.
Bring your awareness to your breath and notice how your body feels in this moment. If you've been carrying tension, emotion, or the energy of the people and experiences around you, imagine each exhale helping you settle more deeply into yourself.
Feel the support of the earth beneath you and allow that grounding to remind you of your own energetic center.
When you feel ready, quietly say:
"I create space to listen with compassion. May I trust what is becoming clear, honor what I feel, and gently release what I am ready to stop carrying."
Remain here for several breaths before opening your eyes.
A Practice of Compassionate Release
Return to your journal and think back to whichever reflection question called to you most strongly.
Rather than immediately asking yourself What do I need to let go of?, begin with:
"What am I ready to acknowledge?"
Write freely for a few minutes.
Perhaps you're acknowledging an emotion you've been trying to move past, an expectation you've been carrying, a story about yourself that no longer feels true, a responsibility that isn't entirely yours, or something you've known intuitively but haven't quite been ready to name.
Once you've written what feels present, ask yourself:
"What has this been asking of me, and why might I have needed to hold onto it?"
Allow compassion to be part of your answer.
There may have been a reason you carried this for as long as you did. Perhaps it offered safety, familiarity, hope, connection, or a sense of control. Maybe you simply weren't ready to see it differently until now.
You don't need to judge yourself for that.
When you feel ready, place your hands around the bowl of water and take a slow breath. Imagine the water holding space for whatever you're ready to loosen your attachment to—not taking it away from you, but symbolically offering you somewhere to set it down.
You might quietly say:
"I honor what this has meant to me and what it has taught me. I give myself permission to loosen my hold on what no longer needs to travel with me."
Pause and notice how those words feel.
There is no need to force a sense of completion. Sometimes release begins simply with acknowledging that you're ready for your relationship with something to change.
Dip your fingertips into the water and gently touch them to your heart, allowing the coolness of the water to become a reminder of compassion, cleansing, and renewal.
Oracle Card Practice
Illumination & Release Spread
Shuffle your oracle deck while holding your reflection gently in your awareness.
When you feel ready, draw one to three cards.
Card One
What is this Full Moon helping me see more clearly?
Card Two
What am I being invited to meet with greater compassion?
Card Three
What will support me as I create space for what comes next?
Spend a few moments with each card before reaching for the guidebook. Notice the imagery, symbols, words, emotions, or intuitive impressions that naturally stand out to you.
You don't need to make every card fit neatly into a story. Allow the guidance to meet you wherever you are.
Quiet Integration
When your oracle practice feels complete, return to stillness for a few minutes.
You may choose to meditate, listen to calming music, sit beneath the night sky, or simply rest quietly beside your candle.
If you used the bowl of water for your release practice, take it outside when you're finished and return the water to the earth in a place that feels appropriate. If that isn't practical, you can simply pour it down the drain with gratitude and intention.
As you close your ritual, place both hands over your heart and take several slow breaths. Notice whether anything feels different—not because you needed to make something happen, but because you've given yourself space to listen.
Offer yourself gratitude for whatever you were willing to acknowledge tonight, then gently extinguish your candle.
You don't need to know exactly what comes next. Allow what surfaced during this ritual to continue settling and integrating in its own time, trusting that release can begin quietly and unfold one compassionate choice at a time.
🔮 Crystal & Plant Allies
As with every Healing Haven practice, these are offered as gentle companions rather than necessities. Trust your own intuition if another crystal, flower, herb, or essential oil feels more supportive for you during this Full Moon. Choose what you're naturally drawn toward and allow these allies to complement your practice rather than feeling as though you need to work with all of them.
Crystals
Amethyst
A beautiful companion for intuition, spiritual connection, inner peace, and clarity. Amethyst can support the reflective energy of this Pisces Full Moon while also offering a sense of calm and steadiness when emotions or intuitive impressions feel especially heightened.
Aquamarine
Connected with the soothing energy of water, Aquamarine encourages emotional clarity, compassionate communication, and the gentle release of what we've been holding within. It can be especially supportive when you're allowing yourself to acknowledge your feelings without becoming overwhelmed by them.
Black Tourmaline
Grounding can be especially valuable when working with intuitive and emotionally sensitive Pisces energy. Black Tourmaline offers a steadying presence and can help you feel more rooted in your own energy as you reflect, release, and discern what truly belongs to you.
Essential Oils
Lavender
Calming and comforting, Lavender can support emotional balance, rest, and quiet reflection. Its gentle energy makes it a beautiful companion when you want to soften the mental noise and create more space to listen inwardly.
Frankincense
Frankincense supports grounding, meditation, spiritual connection, and inner reflection. During this Full Moon, it can help create a sacred atmosphere that encourages both intuitive awareness and a steady connection to yourself.
Herbal Tea
A warm cup of chamomile, lemon balm, or lavender tea can complement the softer energy of this Full Moon by encouraging rest, presence, and emotional ease. Choose whichever tea feels most nourishing to you and allow the simple act of preparing and drinking it to become part of slowing down and returning to yourself.
Flowers
White roses, jasmine, or water lilies can beautifully complement the gentle, intuitive energy of Pisces. Their softness can serve as a visual reminder that release doesn't have to be forceful. Sometimes the most meaningful shifts begin when we offer ourselves enough compassion and space to soften our hold on what we're ready to leave behind.
🌿 Closing Blessing
May this Full Moon offer you the quiet space to listen more deeply to yourself and trust what your heart and intuition have been gently bringing into your awareness.
May you honor whatever emotions rise to the surface with compassion, allowing yourself to feel what is present without judgment or the need to immediately understand it. May you recognize what has reached completion, what has changed, and what you are ready to carry differently as you continue moving forward.
May you release with gratitude for what has supported you, protected you, taught you, or simply accompanied you through an earlier season of your life. And when something still feels tender, may you give yourself permission to loosen your hold slowly, remembering that release can unfold in its own time.
As this Full Moon and Partial Lunar Eclipse illuminate what may have been difficult to see before, may you trust yourself enough to acknowledge what is becoming clear without believing you need to have every answer.
May you remain grounded in your own energy as you listen to your intuition, honoring the difference between what belongs to you and what you may have been carrying for others.
And as you create space within yourself and your life, may you remain open to what that space makes possible—the deeper self-trust, meaningful connections, joy, opportunities, and experiences that reflect the person you are becoming.
You began this lunar cycle with an invitation to step more fully into your authentic light. May this Full Moon remind you that honoring that light also means trusting yourself enough to recognize what no longer belongs on the path ahead.
May you move forward with an open heart, a grounded spirit, and a deeper trust in the wisdom that has been within you all along.
