Reiki Level I is a sacred introduction to Reiki—a gentle yet powerful Japanese energy healing practice that restores balance and calm to body, mind, and spirit. In this training, you’ll learn the foundational principles of Reiki, along with practical guidance on how to offer Reiki to yourself, your loved ones, your pets—even your food and plants.

The focus of Reiki Level I is self-healing—empowering you to support your own well-being and energetic health. Reiki is a life-changing tool that places healing into your own hands—and this path is open to anyone who feels called. You do not need to have any prior experience, and you do not need to offer Reiki professionally or move on to become a Reiki Master. Many students take this training simply to reconnect with themselves, their intuition, and their innate healing abilities.

For empaths and highly sensitive souls, Reiki can open the doorway to much more—gently awakening your intuitive and psychic gifts and helping you tune into energy with greater clarity and ease. In this training, I’ll introduce you to the chakras and the energetic world of the Clairs—the psychic senses—along with simple, effective energy management tools to help you navigate your sensitivity with confidence.

Whether you’re just beginning your spiritual journey or feel called to deepen your connection to healing and intuition, Reiki offers a safe and supportive path. As a Reiki Master, Quantum Healer, and empath counselor, I weave in both the energetic and practical aspects of this work—so you’ll leave feeling attuned, empowered, and more connected to your own inner light.
